针对既有机械及液力传动工程车在长大坡道作业时,无法满足天窗作业需求的问题,设计适用于长大坡道的电传动接触网检修作业车。详细介绍柴油机匹配发电机作为动力驱动的接触网检修作业车的设计方案、总体布局、主要技术参数、各组成部分以及主要技术特点等。通过采用双动力单元,增大装机功率,解决了爬坡难、速度低的问题;通过采用电传动技术,增加电阻制动系统,解决轨行机械在长大坡道下坡难的问题。

Design of Electric Transmission Catenary Maintenance & Repair Vehicle Suitable for Long Ramps

Aiming at the issue that the existing mechanical and hydraulic transmission engineering vehicles cannot meet the needs of the maintenance&repair during the operation of the long ramp,the design of the catenary mainte⁃nance vehicle of the electric transmission is suitable for the long ramp.This paper introduces in detail the design scheme,overall layout,main technical parameters,components and main technical characteristics of the catenary maintenance&repair vehicle driven by diesel engine matching generator.The issue of difficult climbing and low speed is solved by using double power unit and increasing the installed power.Through the adoption of electric trans⁃mission technology,it improves the resistance braking system,solves the current situation of the difficulty of the track running machinery in the long ramp downhill.
