摘    要:依据CR200J动力集中电动车组技术要求和相关技术标准,经制动摩擦副材质和结构研究、仿真计算、11制动动力试验和疲劳试验,制动夹钳单元结构设计、主要承载零件强度仿真计算、疲劳试验和型式试验等,并经CR200J动力集中电动车组动力车型式试验和运用考核,完成动力车(机车)基础制动装置自主化研制工作。CR200J动力集中电动车组动力车160 km/h和120 km/h紧急制动距离满足《铁路技术管理规程》中对制动距离限值的要求,基础制动装置能够保证动力车30‰坡道上安全停放要求,其制动能力可以满足动力车运行速度提升至200 km/h的制动需求。

Abstract:According to CR200J power centralized EMU technical requirements and related technical standards,we have completed the independent research of motor vehicle(locomotive)basic brake equipment through the process of friction pair material and structure study and simulation,11 braking test and fatigue test,structure design,strength calculation of main bearing parts,parts fatigue test and type test,and vehicle type test.The 160km/h and 120km/h emergency braking distances meet the requirement of braking distance limit in Technical Management Regulations for Railways,the basic brake equipment can ensure the motor vehicle safe parking on 30‰ramp,and its braking capacity can meet the braking requirement of 200 km/h.
