地下厂房岩壁梁混凝土施工工艺研究

岩壁梁作为一种新型结构,近年来在我国水电站地下厂房建设中获得广泛应用。而针对岩壁梁施工技术还未形成相应的理论体系,且岩壁梁混凝土施工部位结构复杂、质量控制严格、温控要求高,是地下厂房系统施工的重点和难点。本文以山东威海文登抽水蓄能电站为工程背景,对岩壁梁混凝土施工工艺进行研究,探讨并总结岩壁梁混凝土施工支架搭设、模板安装、混凝土浇筑及养护等重点工序的工艺措施,为类似工程提供参考。

Research on Concrete Construction Technology of Crane Beam at Rockwall in Underground Powerhouse

As a new type of structure,crane beam at rockwall has been widely used in the construction of underground powerhouse of domestic hydropower station in recent years.However,the construction technology for erane beam at rockwall has not yet formed the crresponding theoretical sytem,and the complex structure,strict quality control and high requirements of temperature control are the key and difficult points in the construction of underground powerhouse system.With the engineering background of wendeng pumped stornge power station in Weihai,Shandong,the paper studied the construction technology of rock-walled beam concrete,discussed and summarized the technical measures of the key processes such as erection of concrete support,formwork installation,concrete pouring and maintenance.It could provide reference for similar projects.
