| 摘 要： | 偏心锥是用于精调有砟轨道高铁道岔几何尺寸的构件之一。偏心锥存在与垫板粘连紧固的情况,极大地延长偏心锥更换用时,故快速更换偏心锥在道岔精调作业中显得十分重要。设计一种用于偏心锥快速更换的装置,装置具备勾取和拔取偏心锥2种功能,同时对快速拔锥功能和防卡锥功能做出特别设计。

| Abstract: | The eccentric cone is one of the components used to fine adjust the geometry dimension of ballast-track high-speed rail turnout. The eccentric cone has adhesion and fastening with the backing plate, which can greatly prolong the replacement time of the eccentric cone. Therefore, it is very important to replace it quickly in the precise adjustment of turnout. A device for quick replacement of it is designed. The device has the dual functions of hooking and selecting eccentric cone. |
