摘    要:针对目前城市轨道交通U型梁整体道床"人工散铺法"施工效率低、机械化程度不高等问题,结合青岛轨道交通13号线高架桥工程特点,研究了整体道床一次成型的施工技术。该成果在我国佛山地铁2号线、成都地铁等线路取得了成功应用,并在海外市场肯尼亚蒙巴萨港支线也取得了良好的应用效果。实践证明:该技术显著提高了U型梁轨道工程施工机械化程度,解决了轨排上桥、轨排运输及轨排铺设等相关技术问题,形成了标准化作业流程,提高了整体道床的施工精度,减少了额外人力物力的投入,缩短了施工周期,给今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low construction efficiency and low degree of mechanization of U-shaped beam integral ballast bed in urban rail transit,this paper studies the construction technology of integral ballast bed one-shot molding in combination with the characteristics of viaduct project of Qingdao Rail Transit Line 13.The results have been successfully applied in Foshan Metro Line 2 and Chegndu subway,and achieved good application results in Mombasa port extension of Kenya.Practice has proved that this technique significantly improves the mechanization degree of U-shaped beam rail engineering construction,and solves the technical problems related to bridging,transporting and laying of track panel.Based on the above,a standardized operation process is formed,the precision of the integral track bed construction is improved,the investment of extra human and material resources is reduced,and the construction period is shortened.It could provide reference for future similar projects.
