地铁车辆司控器故障分析及改进措施

摘    要:地铁车辆司控器是司机操纵列车运行的主令电器。司控器可靠性直接影响列车控制的稳定性和行车安全。针对司控器常见故障,如机械锁卡滞、联锁机构功能失效、换向卡盘限位变形、速动开关卡滞等分析原因,并指出通过将机械锁改为无弹子式结构,采取防尘设计,以及完善检修规程、设计司控器试验台等维修策略减少司控器故障,提高车辆操作的稳定性和安全性。

Abstract:The Subway EMU master controller is the main command device to operate the train.The reliability of the master controller directly affects the stability and safety of train control.For master controller common failures,ana⁃lyze the reasons such as mechanical lock jam,the interlock function failure,limit deformation of reversing chuck,quick card lag reason and etc.,pointed out that by changing the mechanical lock to billiard type structure,taking dust⁃proof design,improving the specification of control system,adapting maintenance strategies such as reducing master controller fault,improving the stability of the vehicle operation and safety.
