高速铁路出站信号机设置标准研究

摘    要:自2008年中国第一条时速350 km的京津城际铁路开通运营,我国高速铁路运营十年,为在大客流线路扩大运力开行17辆编组复兴号动车组,对运营需求提出更多要求,相关标准需要结合理论分析与试验进行修订。本文从《高速铁路设计规范》等标准修订背景与需求、标准现状等方面进行分析,针对开行440 m时速350 km复兴号动车组为目标,提出一种避免大规模站前改造工程下通过外移出站信号机的解决方案,并提出可供参考的出站信号机设置位置及增设分隔区段增加安全性的列车防护设计方案,最后针对该方案与现行标准协调问题提出建议意见。

Abstract:Since the first 350 km/h Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railway was operated in 2008,Chinese high-speed railway has been in operation for ten years.To meet the need of expanding transportation capacity,17-car Fuxing EMU will be operated,and more requirements are put forward and relevant standards need to be revised based on theoretical analysis and tests.This paper offers a solution to avoid large-scale construction work by moving out of the departure signal,implementing the target of running 440 m long Fuxing EMU,and proposes a reference design location of the departure signal and related train protection measures in coordination with current standards.
