京张高铁清河站站房绿色设计研究

京张高铁清河站是全国首个采用《绿色铁路客站评价标准》进行评价、并获得三星级设计标识的铁路客站项目,在绿色建筑设计方面具有一定的前瞻性和实践性。首先介绍了清河站的设计概况与特点,阐述了铁路站房绿色设计发展的现状及研究的必要性,然后从土地利用集约化、土建装修一体化、智能遮阳百叶选取、光导管使用等方面,对清河站围护结构的节能率、自然采光、气流组织等进行模拟分析,对清河站的绿色设计及创新进行重点研究,最后总结了铁路站房绿色设计的特点、优劣势及星级评价关键技术。

Research on Green Building Design of Qinghe Station in Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway

The Qinghe Station of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway is the first railway station project evaluated by the Evaluation Standard for Green Railway Stations in China,winning the three-star design logo.It is foresighted and practical in terms of green building design.This paper first introduces the design and characteristics of the Qinghe Station and indicates the current development and research necessity of the green design for railway station buildings.The green design and innovations of the Qinghe Station are then emphatically studied from two aspects:(1)Major green technologies adopted in the design of the station,including the intensive utilization of land,the integration of civil construction and decoration,the use of intelligent louvers,and the use of light pipes;(2)Simulation analysis of the enclosure structures of the station by computer,including the energy saving rate,the natural lighting,and the air distribution.Finally,this paper summarizes the characteristics,advantages,and disadvantages of the green design of the railway station buildings as well as the key technology of the star rating,which is expected to play a leading and demonstrating role in the design and construction of the green passenger railway stations in the new era.
