京张高铁清华园隧道建造关键技术创新与应用 |

摘 要: | 京张高铁清华园隧道位于北京城市核心区,频繁穿越地铁、城市主干道和重要市政管线,周边建(构)筑物密集。存在周边环境复杂、环保要求严格、盾构始发接收难度大、安全风险高、工期紧张、防灾救援难度大等工程难题,设计及施工采用大直径盾构隧道、机械化全预制拼装、泥浆高效环保处理、大直径盾构变形控制及安全保障等技术,实现了盾构隧道施工可视化动态预测、动态监控与动态管理、盾构隧道结构机械化预制拼装,泥浆处理采用绿色快速絮凝压滤,形成了一套盾构隧道智能建造技术体系。

Abstract: | Tsinghuayuan Tunnel of Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway is located in the core area of Beijing, which frequently passes through the subway, the main road of the city and important municipal pipelines, and the surrounding buildings are dense. There are some engineering problems, such as complex surrounding environment, strict environmental protection requirements, difficult initial reception, small distance from important structures such as subway, high safety risk, tight construction period, difficult disaster prevention and rescue, and so on. The design and construction adopt the technology of prediction of large diameter shield tunnel, mechanized prefabricated assembly, high efficiency environmental protection treatment of mud, deformation control and safety guarantee of large diameter shield. And a set of intelligent construction technology system of shield tunnel is formed, such as visual dynamic prediction, dynamic monitoring and dynamic management, fully mechanized prefabrication and assembly of shield pipe piece, sub-rail structure fully mechanized prefabricated assembly, mud disposed of green rapid flocculation and filtration, and a set of intelligent construction technology system of shield tunnel. |
