摘    要:针对特种断面翼轨趾端1∶40斜度、咽喉前弯折点工作边直线度、咽喉与下颚宽度、翼轨下颚斜度、轨底铣削位置等加工难点,论述加工优化策略。在加工轨趾端1∶40斜度时,先用1∶40铣刀粗铣趾端轨头,预留1 mm加工余量,再用60 kg/m标准轨头铣刀精铣。当咽喉前弯折部位弯折角度较小时,弯折点附近加工凹弧;当弯折角度较大时,弯折点附近预留加工量。铣削下颚前,先测量咽喉实际加工尺寸,再根据咽喉实际尺寸、咽喉与下颚理论宽度差,确定翼轨下颚加工量。改进下颚铣刀设计斜度和刀片结构,保证下鄂斜度。在不计刀补情况下,加工轨底槽铣刀坐标位置应适当缩短,以控制轨底铣削位置。

Abstract:In view of the special section 1∶40 slope toe, wing rail bending point work before the throat side straightness, throat and lower jaw angle width, wing rail, rail end milling position to deal with the difficulty, processing optimization strategy is discussed. When it is on the processing of rail 1∶40 slope toe, with 1∶40 cutter first rough milling toe rail head, obligate 1 mm machining allowance, with 60 kg/m standard rail head milling cutter with fine milling.When the bending angle of the front bending part of the wing-rail throat is small, the concave arc is processed near the bending point. When the bending angle is large, the processing capacity is reserved near the bending point. Before milling the lower jaw of wing rail, the actual machining size of the throat is measured first, and then the machining amount of the lower jaw of wing rail is determined according to the actual size of the throat, the difference between the throat and the theoretical width of the jaw. Improve the design slope and blade structure of jaw milling cutter to ensure the slope of jaw. Under the condition of excluding the tool complement, the coordinate position of the milling cutter with groove at the bottom of the track cannot be processed, so it should be shortened appropriately to control the position of the milling cutter at the bottom of the track.
