摘    要:连续压实控制技术实现了填筑工程实时的、全面的质量控制,能够大幅度的提高施工效率和工程质量,研究和推广连续压实控制技术具有重要的现实意义。关注连续压实控制技术在理论研究、试验研究、设备研制和技术标准及工程应用方面的进展,将压实程度评估方法分为四类:压实度计法、刚度/模量方法、动力学方法和能量方法;指出综合评价压实程度、压实均匀性和压实稳定性是质量控制方法的发展方向;汇总国内外连续/智能压实设备的研制情况,认为我国智能压实设备研制仍然处于初级阶段。最后通过工程案例分析,并结合我国施工发展现状,总结连续压实控制技术在我国的应用经验。结果表明:在当前的连续压实控制技术尚未完全成熟的背景下,严格控制填料和碾压参数,进行科学合理的工程管理与协调把控,可以促进我国连续压实控制技术的发展和应用。

Abstract:The continuous compaction control technology realizes real-time and comprehensive quality control of filling engineering,which can greatly improve construction efficiency and engineering quality.It is of great practical significance to research and promote continuous compaction control technology.In view of the progress of continuous compaction control technology in theoretical research,experimental research,equipment development and technical standards and engineering applications,the methods of compaction degree assessment are divided into four categories:compaction method,stiffness/modulus method,dynamics method and energy method;It is pointed out that the comprehensive quality evaluation,combined with compaction degree,compaction uniformity and compaction stability,is the development direction of compaction quality control method.The development of continuous/smart compaction equipment at home and abroad is summarized,and it is concluded that the development of intelligent compaction equipment in China is still in its infancy.Finally,through case analysis and combined with the status quo of China’s construction development,the application experiences of continuous compaction control technology in China are summarized.The results show that strict control of packing and rolling parameters,scientific and rational engineering management and multi-party coordination control can promote the development and application of continuous compaction control technology in China on account of the fact the current continuous compaction control technology is not fully mature.
