江村站铁路货检作业流程优化探讨

既有货检作业模式以人检为主,视频仅作为一种安全辅助手段,安全保障不足,现场作业量大,设备作用未得到充分发挥。从江村站布局及既有货检作业流程出发,分析江村站铁路货检作业现状,提出存在的问题。结合广州局集团公司战略部署,提出江村站货检作业流程优化方案,明确安全保障措施,归纳优化效果。经过广州局集团公司试点一年以来,安全保障能力得到提升,大幅提高机检比例,现场人工检查作业量大幅减少,减员增效取得成效。江村站货检作业流程优化的探索与实践,为货检站货检作业流程优化提供借鉴。

A Study on the Upgraded Railway Cargo Inspection Workflow at the Jiangcun Railway Station

Currently, cargo inspection is mainly operated by the human labor with video inspection as a supplementary means, in which machinery has not been playing its proper role despite of the high workload and low safety guarantee. Based on the layout and the existing workflow at the Jiangcun Railway Station, this paper identifies the problems. To improve safety with better measures, in line with the strategic development plan of Guangzhou Group, this paper has put forward the upgraded cargo inspection workflow at the Jiangcun station. One year of the pilot project implemented at Guangzhou Group shows improvement in the safety assurance ability, increase in the proportion of machine inspection and reduction of the amount of manual inspection. The paper has concluded that the exploration and practice of improving cargo inspection workflow by the Jiangcun station turns out to be effective in the reduction of staff and increase of efficiency, which is expected to serve as a supporting evidence for cargo inspection stations to upgrade their workflow.
