紧靠民房高速公路路堑深孔松动控制爆破技术研究

摘    要:以甬台温高速公路复线南塘至黄华第4合同段,紧靠民房石方路堑深孔台阶松动控制爆破为例,采用小药量、同列同段孔外等间隔微差网路起爆技术,通过制定深孔松动控制爆破方案、临空面采用机械修整、严格控制炮孔堵塞质量、加强爆破体的全覆盖等措施,确保了深孔松动爆破振动轻微、无飞石的良好效果。

Abstract:With the example of Nantang-Huanghua section 4 of Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou expressway double track,the controlled blasting scheme was made for loosening rock-soil in deep holes.The detonation technologies were used from the aspects of small charges,equal interval millisecond network outside the blasting holes for the same time in the same row.Some countermeasures were taken including repairing the facing surface by mechanics,controlling the blocking quality of the holes,strengthening the full coverage of blasting body so as to ensure the effect of controlled blasting with slight vibration and no flying stones.
