高铁快运运输组织对策探讨

为了提出高速铁路快运产品的运输组织对策,采用文案调查、市场调查、专家咨询等方法,结合国外高铁快运的经验与启示,分析国内高速铁路要承担快运产品所面临的问题,从运输组织角度,对高铁快运列车开行方案、运输方式、运输产品实现方式展开探讨。面对快运产品的多样化,提出与之匹配的灵活多样的运输组织方式,并给出了产品实现的主要运输组织对策,即合理安排运输方式,适当改造既有客运站设施设备,加快批复建设高铁快运物流基地,尽快研发投产高铁快运专用动车组列车,加快高铁与物流企业的经营合作。

Discussion on the Organization Countermeasures of High-speed Rail Express Transportation

In order to put forward the transportation organization countermeasures of high-speed railway express products, the author adopts the methods of document investigation, market investigation and expert consultation. Meanwhile, the author combines the experiences and enlightenment of foreign high-speed railway express transportation, analyses the problems faced by domestic high-speed railway express, and discusses the operation plan, the mode of transportation and the realization of transportation products of high-speed railway express trains related to transportation organization. Facing the diversification of express products, this paper puts forward flexible and diversified corresponding transportation organization modes. Main transportation organization countermeasures for product realization are also proposed, namely, arranging transportation modes reasonably, reforming existing facilities and equipment of passenger stations appropriately, speeding up the approval and construction of high-speed railway express logistics base, developing and putting into operation special EMU trains for high-speed railway express as soon as possible, and accelerating the cooperation between high-speed railway and logistics enterprises.
