我国高速列车转向架润滑技术

摘    要:根据高速列车转向架传动系统摩擦副速度和载荷的特点,轴箱轴承均采用脂润滑,传动轴承以油润滑方式为主,传动齿轮均采用油润滑方式。脂润滑设计应考虑润滑脂品牌选择、装配重量、维护保养补脂周期和换脂周期等原则。油润滑设计应考虑油粘度选取,滴油润滑方式和结构型式等原则。润滑油、脂应具备低磨耗、自修复性和故障安全导向性。论述了我国高速列车转向架润滑技术的经验、问题与需求。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of speed and load of transmission system friction pair of high-speed bogie, grease lubrication is adopted to all axlebox bearings, while oil lubrication is adopted to all transmission gears and it is also the main means to transmission bearings. Grease lubrication design should involve the selection of grease type, installation amount, maintenance add-in and replacement period. While oil lubrication design should involve the selection of oil viscosity, oil drop method and structure. The lubrication oil or grease should feature in low wear, self repair and safety guide in malfunction. This paper also deals with the experience, problems and requirements of domestic high-speed train.
