埋地输水管线牺牲阳极的阴极保护

摘    要:通过对大连市引英入连输水应急工程土壤腐蚀性的现场勘察,为该工程钢质输水管网设计了牺牲阳极的阴极保护方法。30个月的实践证明,钢质输水管线经牺牲阳极的阴极保护后,整个阴极保护系统稳定,电位分布均匀,阳极保持较负的工作电位,提供较高的驱动电压,使管网处于良好的保护状态,防止了土壤的电化学腐蚀,达到了设计标准。

Abstract:The cathodic protection was designed through an on-the-spot investigation of soil corrosivity to the water supply steel pipelines in the emergency project of diverting water in the Yingna River to Dalian city. Practice over 30 months indicates that the cathodic protection system keeps stable after the water supply steel pipeline was put under cathodic protection. And the potential is evenly distributed, and the working potential of the anodes has quite a relatively negative value.Thus, the system can supply a high drive potential and the pipeline is in a well-protected condition.The electrochemical corrosion is inhibited,and the design criterion is reached.
