考虑拥挤交通流再分配的单点自组织信号控制方法

摘    要:为解决目前拥挤交通流无法得到有效疏散的问题,研究一种考虑局部拥挤条件下交通流再分配的自组织信号控制方法。提出该方法的基本原理,拥挤交通流的再分配原则,关键相位的确定方法,并结合模糊理论研究绿灯相位的切换条件,最后以单交叉口为例,借助VISSIM软件进行仿真验证。结果表明,该方法有较好的控制效果。

Traffic self-organizing signal control for isolated intersection considering the redistribution of congested flow
Abstract:In order to solve the problem w hich lacks of effective evacuation for congested traffic flow ,a method of self‐organizing signal control considering the redistribution of congested traffic flow is proposed . The basic principle of this method ,the redistribution of the congested traffic flow ,and the method are given to determine the critical phase .The changing condition of green light is studied combining the fuzzy theory .Finally ,taking isolated intersection for example ,this paper tests the method through simulation with VISSIM software . Results show that the proposed method can improve the control effect of congestion situation .
