| 摘 要： | 地铁车辆段上盖物业是在地铁车辆段上盖平台上开发的建筑，结合其较为特殊的交通特性，根据交通工程、系统工程学原理，判断车辆段上盖物业进行交通影响研究及交通优化组织的关键问题，构建评价标准，以深圳塘朗车辆段上盖物业为例，指导车辆段上盖物业的交通影响分析及交通组织。
