考虑季节性冰冻的长大纵坡安全保障措施分析--以汶马高速公路为例

立足我国交通运输的客观实际，对比多个国家的长大纵坡技术标准，分析我国道路交通事故率较高的原因。以汶马高速公路为例，考虑藏区高速公路高海拔季节性冰冻影响，采取工程技术措施和运营管理措施构建交通安全保障体系。分析季节性冰冻区的路面防冻、平纵指标及前后路段线形的均衡协调性，完善交通安全设施，纵面插入缓坡、增设避险车道，设置管控机构，建立应急救援体系等安全保障措施。为今后我国高海拔季节性冰冻区的长大纵坡施工控制及安全运营提供经验和借鉴。

Analysis of Security Measures of Long and Steep Slope Considering Seasonal Freezing-A Case Study of Wenchuan to M aerkang Highw ay

Based on the objective reality of China’s transportation ,the technical standard of the long and steep slope of a number of countries has been compared ,and the reason of high traffic accident rate has been revealed in China .Taking Ma‐Wen highway as an example and considering high altitude seasonal freezing effect of highway in Tibetan ,traffic security system is set up by measures of engineering and management .Considering a series of safety measures comprehensively in seasonal frozen region ,such as anti‐freezing pavement ,vertical insertion ramp ,additional emergency lane ,improvement of traffic safety facilities ,arrangement of control mechanism and establishment of emergency rescue system ,experience and reference of control system and safety operation are provided for longitudinal slope construction in high altitude and seasonal frozen area of China .
