| 摘 要： | 文中强调船员的心理状态不是一成不变的，而是一个可以调控的动态过程。调控得法，将最大程度地变消极的心理状态为积极的心理状态，这对提高船员素质，加强船员管理，保证船舶安全运输生产具有重大作用。

| Abstract: | This paper stresses that the psychological state of the crew is not static but a dynamic process that can be controlled.If properly be controlled,it would best contribute to the crew from the negative psychological state of mind into the positive state of mind.It has a major role in enhancing the quality of the crew,strengthen management and ensure that the ship's safe transport of production. |
