| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外相关领域雪灾等级的分析,结合重庆气象条件和公路网的实际情况,提出适合重庆的山区公路雪灾分级标准。将雪灾强度数学模型与雪灾等级划分情况相结合,用动态聚类法找出各雪灾等级的重心,从而建立雪灾预警评估模型。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of classes of snow disasters in related fields at home and abroad and in combination with the meteorological conditions and practicalities of expressway network in Chongqing, this paper proposes a classification standard for snow disasters on expressways in mountainous area of Chongqing. In combination with the mathematical model for intensity of snow disasters with the classifi- cation for snow disasters, the paper finds out the gravity of classes of various snow disasters by means of the dynamic clustering procedure so as to establish the warning evaluation model for snow disasters. |
