| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国高速公路行车和路灯设施管理的特点，在对系统建设的必要性进行分析的基础上，提出了建立基于GIS的高速公路路灯监控管理系统的总体方案。并对系统体系结构和各子系统功能模块进行了详细的设计，最后阐述了系统数据处理流程。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the characteristic of freeway traveling and street lamp establishment management in our country are introduced.On the basis of analyzing the necessity of the system construction, the master planning for the GIS-based monitor and management system of freeway street lamp are put forward.ln addition, the system structure and each subsystem are designed in detail, the flow of the system data processing is described finally. |
