| Abstract: | This article studies in-depth the safety issues in subway construction and operation,analyzes the affecting factors of accidents and establishes urban rail transit emergency rescue information system. In addition,detailed discussion and research are carried out on two key technologies applied in the system,i.e. ,text messaging platform technology and on-site monitoring technology. |
