摘 要: | 介绍了车用的高压气态供氢系统,研究了方案的相关安全性。系统采用35MPa的高压储氢罐,多功能瓶阀集成在高压气瓶内部,供氢管路采用316不锈钢管路。系统的储氢量可以提供300km的行驶距离。讨论了车载供氢系统的氢安全策略和实现方案,以及车载供氢系统在整车的布置方案和燃料电池车的氢管路系统。

Abstract: | The high pressure gaseous hydrogen supply sys- tem is introduced, and the safety of the project is investigated. The high pressure hydrogen storage tank of 35 MPa is used. The multi - functional valve is integrated with the high pressure bottle, and the hydrogen supply pipeline adopts type 316 stainless steel pipe- lines. The hydrogen storage can offer 300 km driving distance. The hydrogen safety strategy and implementation scheme is discussed. |
