对农民工社会保障问题的思考

由于城乡分割的"二元社会"以及与之对应的"二元就业结构"的存在,致使农民工长期游离在城乡之间,被排除在应有的社会保障体系之外。将农民工纳入社会保障体系刻不容缓。文章试图结合众家之长,提出一个相对系统化,具有可操作性的建立农民工社会保障制度的对策建议。

Thinking on the Social Security of Farmer Labors

In recent years, more and more farmers go to cities to find jobs. They contribute a lot to the progress of cities. However, because of the existence of rural-urban divided dualistic society and corresponding dualistic employment structure, they are always dissociated from both counties and cities and becoming fringe people without protection who are excluded by the current social security system. Whatever the difficult is, the social security rights and interests of farmers hunting for work in cities should all be realized. That could reflect the fairness of the society, and thatt the government is for the entire people and public.
