| 摘 要： | 车架设计时采用有限元分析很有必要，它可以预测车架设计时的强度问题，进而通过有限元优化设计尽可能避免；车架的细节设计，尤其是焊接位置的细节设计对整车强度有重要影响，稍有不慎会引起整车强度出现问题。因此，实际焊接方式应尽量采用理论优化后的焊接方式，尽量避免应力集中现象发生。
