| 摘 要： | 高等教育财政危机是一个世界性问题,中国也不例外。近几年,在我国出现了高校贷款热,向银行贷款已经成为高校解决教育经费不足的一条主要途径。本文通过分析我国现阶段高校贷款的现状、特点、成因,思考如何增加高校的融资和造血功能,有效防范和应对贷款风险,以促进我国高等教育事业的健康持续发展。

| Abstract: | Financial crisis of higher education is a perpetual topic in the world.China is unexceptionally one of the countries faced with the crisis.In recent years,there is an upsurge for Chinese colleges and universities to apply for bank loans.Bank loan has become a main channel for colleges and universities to resolve deficiency of educational fund.Through analyzing the status,characteristics and causes of China's college loans,this dissertation aims how to improve the financing and productive function of colleges and universities,effectively preventing and responding to loan risks,and ensuring a healthy and sustainable development of China's higher education. |
