| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨颅内肿瘤患者全血GSH-Px活性变化及其意义。方法 应用DTNB直接法检测34例颅内肿瘤患者术前1日及术后3周全血GSH-Px活性。结果 颅内肿瘤患者术前全血GSH-Px活性较对照组明显降低，且恶性肿瘤患者全血GSH-Ｐx活性下降更为明显。术后3周良性颅内肿瘤患者全血GSH-Px活性已恢复正常，而恶性颅内肿瘤患者仍未恢复至正常水平。结论 GSH-Px活性变化与颅内肿瘤的发生及预后有一定的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the blood glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) activity changing and intracranial tumor. Methods\ The blood GSHPx activity was measured in 34 patients with intracranial tumor pre and postoperation. Results\ The blood GSHPx activity in patients with intracranial tu mor was lower than that of normal group before operation,and the blood GSHPx a ctivity decreased obviously in patients with malignant intracranial tumor.The bl ood GSHPx activity in the patients with benign intracranial tumor recovered no rmal level in 3 weeks after operation,but it had not recovered in the malign ant. Conclusion\ There is some relationship between the blood GSHPx act ivity changing and the occurrence and prognosis of the intracranial tumor. |
