关于航海雷达海浪干扰的分析

摘    要:本文综述并分析了海面杂波特点,并根据已发表的海浪反射系数统计数据,推导出用于航海雷达的杂波强度方程式和信杂比公式,提出杂波强度的R~(-4)规律。 计算了在中等海情下典型航海雷达接收机输入端目标的信杂比、目标和杂波的信号电平。讨论了航海雷达检测杂波中目标的能力。 对海面杂波和海上目标回波强度变化规律进行了初步测量,其结果证实了上述分析的正确性。 在理论和实际测量的基础上讨论了航海雷达接收机的动态范围和时间灵敏度控制(STC)特性的最佳设计。

Abstract:The characteristics of sea-clutter are described and analysed. Based on the published statistical data of clutter backseatter coefficient, an equation for clutter intensity and S/N ratio formula for marine radar, and R-4 law of clutter intensity are derived.The input S/N ratio of target return and its signal levels, and sea-clutter for a typical marine radar receiver under moderate sea state are calculated. The effectiveness of marine radar for target detection under sea-clutter is also evaluated.This paper discusses the dynamic range of marine radar and present an optimal design for STC characteristics by using the theoretical analysis and measured results.
