| Abstract: | The maintenance of the equipments is a complicated system project,while the maintenance personnel is a decisive factor to the maintenance quality.This paper states the role the maintenance personnel takes,analyses the problems existed in the maintenance control and the reasons of the man-made errors.Then it puts forward the countermeasures for reducing or avoiding the man-made errors. |
