三氟甲基磺酸的生产工艺综述

三氟甲基磺酸作为一种有机超强酸,除了具备一般超强酸的基本功能外,还具有极强的耐氧化、耐还原特性,并且在强亲核剂的存在时,也不会游离出氟离子,故有无卤液体有机超强酸的功能。基于这一特殊性质,近年来其应用范围逐渐扩大,在各个相关领域发挥着重要的作用,特别是在化工领域的作用日益突出,对该产品的需求量也不断增加。对其尽快开发出一种经济可行的工业制法势在必行。本文介绍了三氟甲基磺酸的制备方法及当前对产品的质量要求,并简要介绍了它的纯化方法。

Production Process of Trifluoromethanesulfonic

Trifluoromethanesulfonic,as an organic super-acid,has high thermal stability and resistance to oxidation and reduction except general functions as a basic organic super-acid.It holds the function of non-halogen liquid organic super-acid,which now can be used in more and more fields due to its special characters,especially in chemical engineering field.It is necessary to develop a suitable industrial production process for trifluoromethanesulfonic.This paper introduced the production processes and quality standard of trifluoromethanesulfonic currently.At the end of this paper,the purification method of trifluoromethanesulfonic was introduced briefly.
