海上平台双燃料柴油机气门弹簧优化设计研究

摘    要:对海上平台双燃料柴油机气门弹簧进行了优化设计研究,通过对气门弹簧材质选取、加工工艺、热处理工艺的策划研究,理顺了制造工艺流程.对气门弹簧进行了共振和稳性验算,并进行了疲劳寿命试验,通过实际装机运行,使用效果超过进口气门弹簧.

Abstract:This paper studies the optimization of dual-fuel diesel engine's valve spring.Through the selection of valve spring material and the study on the process technology as well as heat treatment technology,the manufacturing process is optimized.Not only the valve spring resonance and stability are checked,the fatigue life test of valve spring is also done.The running test result shows that the performance of the optimized valve spring is better than the imported ones.
