摘    要:通过利用四分法取样,测其单位重,求得粉煤灰填充砂,以及二者的混合物填充碎石的最佳填塞率,并根据水泥浆以一定的富裕系数填充混凝土中固态材料粉煤灰、砂、石在最佳级配时的最小空隙.原材料比例及水胶比确定各原材料的实际用量,对于混凝土设计方法及性能研究大有裨益,值得推广。

Study on Concrete Mix Ratio Design and Green Concrete Performance Based on Dense Packing Theory

Abstract:Through successive approximation of measuring the unit weight by sample quartile, wadding rates of fly ash fills sand and both mixture are deduced. The least interstice of fly ash, sand, stone under the optimum gradation is filled with cement slurry volume with definite affluence coefficient. Material ratio and water-gel ratio are used to determine the actual content. All these benefits concrete mix ratio and green concrete perfommance, worth popularization.
