铁路控股形式的铁水联运内陆无水港运营管理模式的构建

摘    要:本文主要研究铁路控股形式的铁水联运内陆无水港的运营管理模式。在分析铁路参与内陆无水港建设的优势基础上,探讨了铁路内陆无水港的竞争力和合作战略,提出了铁路控股形式的铁水联运内陆无水港的资产结构、组织结构、路港双方的合作形式,并分析了铁路控股形式的铁水联运内陆无水港的主要特点。
