| 摘 要： | 1985～1993年在我院住院治疗的81例流行性乙型脑炎患者中34例并肝脏肿大（占41.98％）,5例并脾脏肿大（占6.17％）,肝脾大均在病程的极期出现,儿童多见。本文对肝脾肿大的原因进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | During the period of 1985-1993, 81 patients with epidemic encephalitis B were hospitalized in our Department of infectious diseases , 41.9 (34/81) of the patients manifested liver enlargementand 6.17% (5/81) spleen enlargement. Liver and spleen enlargement appeared in the crises of disease and were seen mainly in children. The causes of liver and spleen enlargement were analysed. |
