蓄能器—泵系统压力缓冲仿真与试验

摘    要:基于蓄能器—泵系统的工作原理和特点,分析压力冲击产生机理,提出采用带单向节流阀的囊式蓄能器进行压力缓冲方法,并应用AMESim软件对加入单向节流阀前后吸收压力冲击的效果进行系统建模与仿真对比研究和试验验证,表明该方法有效解决了蓄能器—泵系统压力冲击。

Abstract:Based on accumulator-pump system,this paper analyse the mechanism of hydraulic shock and presents a method of hydraulic shock cushion by accumulator with one-way throttle valve.It sets up the simulation model of the two kinds in AMESim,one of which has one-way throttle valve.To compare the result of simulation and experimental,it can be found that the hydraulic shock amplitude maybe reduced obviously after setting accumulator with one-way throttle valve.
