| 摘 要： | 根据电磁轨道炮的炮体设计要求,对结构设计中的几项关键技术进行分析和阐述。首先从提高发射效率方面出发,提出了串联增强和开槽方式这2种提高电感梯度的炮体设计方法,并针对实际的几何结构,进行了几种不同结构形式的电感梯度计算分析和比较;然后进行了不同结构紧固方法优缺点比较,着重计算了采用螺栓紧固方法的设计参数;最后对电磁轨道炮的有限元分析、热设计进行了阐述,为电磁轨道炮的炮体结构提供了技术分析。
