舰船涡旋流堵漏方法实验

摘    要:舰船涡旋流堵漏是为克服现有堵漏手段存在的不足而提出的一种新技术思想。为此专门设计制作了相应的实验装置,分别研究了3 cm,5 cm和7 cm刚性桨叶生成的涡旋流对破口进水量的影响规律。实验结果表明,在转速相同条件下,破口距离越小,桨叶尺寸越大,生成的涡旋流对破口进水量的降低效果越明显,相比自然状态,可降至50%以上。研究结论可为舰船涡旋流堵漏方法的实际应用和装备设计提供必要的实验依据。

Abstract:The leak stoppage method with special vertical flows was a new technology idea to deal with the shortcomings of classical leak stoppage method of warship.A set of experiment equipments were designed and manufactured,and the rules of special vertical flows produced by 3 cm,5 cm and 7 cm rigid propeller affecting water gushed from leak were studied.The results show:with the same rotate speed,the decrease of water gushed becomes more obvious when the distance decreases or the propeller enlarges,and it can prol...
