摘    要:本文以辽宁石化职业技术学院2011级理科新生为研究对象,通过对高职院校理科新生入学后英语学习中出现的动机冲突、认知偏差、注意力低下、考试焦虑和学习心理疲劳等心理障碍的成因分析,提出借助心理辅导,调动非智力因素,在课堂教学中有效运用激励机制,寓教于乐,营造愉快的学习氛围等策略,帮助学生克服英语学习心理障碍,使他们顺利进入高等职业英语教育的课程学习,尽快适应崭新的大学学习生活。

Abstract:Regarding the science freshmen from Vocational College of Liaoning Petro-chemical Technol- ogy in 2011 as the study object, this paper analyzes the psychological barriers of English learning such as the motivation conflict, cognitive deviation, poor concentration, test anxiety and psychological fatigue on learning, this article offers some strategies to apply the psychological counseling, non-intelligence factors and reward system to the class, creating a pleasant learning atmosphere. These strategies can help students overcome the psychological barriers of English learning and adapt the English courses of the higher voca- tional education to make them feel comfortable in the new college life.
