A summary about the cases of merger, reorganization and acquisition for mostly auto parts enterprises at home and abroad

Many auto parts enterprises in US are in a situation of great difficulty, since the sale of Big 3 declined in succession in the couple years. From 1999 to 2007, in US 31 auto parts suppliers filed bankruptcy protection and one third auto parts enterprises are on the verge of bankruptcy by the reason of that price rise of raw materials, soaring labor cost and increasing welfarism of retired employees continuously.
