| 摘 要： | 校企深度融合人才培养模式的建立为高职教育教学改革注入了新的活力，实施校企合作、深度融合、人才共育，是高职教育发展的重要举措。然而，从实践过程来看，该模式却面临着深层的矛盾和问题。校企合作、深度融合必须有学校和企业的深层次合作及政府的大力支持，切实建立校企合作、深度融合的运行保障机制。
