单层保温海底管线在铺设状态的压溃分析

摘    要:单层保温管进行结构设计时,为了确定在铺管作业过程中海底管道不被破坏,不仅需要进行常规铺管计算,还要考虑海底管道各层的受压情况,进行压溃计算。文中结合渤中28—2S项目基本设计,对单层保温管压渍应力的2种计算方法进行了分析研究,给出了结论和建议。其有限元计算结果已用于该工程项目设计,并通过了第三方检验机构的检查。

Abstract:To ensure that the subsea pipeline is safe during its laying,in the process of designing the structure of a single-layer insulated pipe,this paper have to make an analysis of not only its laying but also its crushing and take the pressure of each level of the single-layer insulated pipe into account.Based upon the basic design of BZ28-2S offshore oil field development,two computational methods for analysis of the crushing of the single-layer insulated pipe are compared and discussed.Some advice is given on the calculation and a conclusion is drwan in light of the anlysis of the crushing.This FEM analytic results are already used for the pipeline design of this project,and the report on its design has passed the third party’s check.
