摘    要:利用MSC.Adams软件分析了1P68F通用小型汽油机起动减压机构的运动规律,并对设计要求进行了全面考核。经考核,减压飞块工作端强度基本满足使用要求,但为延长使用寿命应做热处理或更换材料。在发动机设计开发中,利用现代CAE设计方法能缩短开发周期,节约成本,前景十分广阔。

Abstract:The MSC. Adams software is applied to analyzing the characteritics of motion of the 1P68F General Small Gasoline Engine starting decompressor with the design requirements assessed totally. The assessment shows that the strength of the working end of the relief flyweight meets basically the operation requirements, but the flyweight should be heat-treated or its material used should be changed to prolong its service life. When designing and developing the engine, the modem CAE method of designing is conductive to shortening the development cycle and economizing the cost.
