沥青再生剂性能评价研究

摘    要:按照SHRP胶结料试验方法,评价了沥青再生剂对老化沥青再生的性能,采用浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验等比较和评价了再生沥青混合料的性能,并结合沥青路面现场热再生项目,进行了经济性分析。研究表明,沥青再生剂可以将老化沥青再生至新鲜沥青性能水平,各项性能指标均满足SHRP PG64-22要求。同时再生剂可以综合提高和改善老化沥青铣刨料的路用性能,与单纯掺加新鲜沥青混合料的再生方式相比,掺加沥青再生剂的再生混合料体系更加均匀,各项性能指标明显改善。与传统的铣刨、加铺方式相比,现场热再生可以节约39.7%的工程费用。

Abstract:SHRP binder tests were used to evaluate the effects of rejuvenate agent on aged asphalt.Performance tests including immersed Marshall test,indirect tension test,wheel track rutting test and beam bending test,were done to compare the mixtures with and without rejuvenate agent.Cost analysis of pavement recycling was studied according to a hot-in-place recycling project.The study indicated that asphalt rejuvenate agent could rejuvenate the property of aged asphalt to the level of virgin asphalt,and the rejuvenate asphalt could meet the requirements of SHRP PG 64-22.Meanwhile,rejuvenate agent could synthetically improve the performance of recycling asphalt mixtures,and compared to the recycling method of adding part of virgin hot mix asphalt,the recycling mixtures with rejuvenate agent were more uniform and had better performances.In the hot in place recycling project,39.7% cost could be saved comparing with milling and repaving method.
