摘    要:基于虚拟样机技术,考虑调距桨关键部件的柔性作用,建立了刚柔混合模型,研究了调距桨机构系统在正车方向调距过程中的运动学和动力学特性。编制调距程序,对比了全刚体模型和混合模型下调距桨装置调距过程所需要的油压,为调距桨机构系统的设计和试验研究提供了参考数据,提高了调距桨机构的运动学和动力学特性研究效率,并为实体样机的采样控制等研究工作提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The paper based on virtual prototyping technology, the flexibility of key components of controllable pitch propeller is taken into account in the model building process. The kinematics and dynamics characteristic of the controllable pitch propeller (CPP), which in the case of positive direction is studied. Pitch preparation program is compiled, and the oil pressure requirement of the full-rigid-model and the rigid-flexibility model is compared. The work of this paper provides a gist for the design and experimental research of the controllable pitch propeller, and improved the research efficiency of the kinematics and dynamics characteristic of the CPP
