自升式平台齿轮齿条应变测量与有限元强度分析

摘    要:自升式平台齿轮齿条承受重载,受力情况复杂。在抬升装置实验台上进行应力测量,在ANSYS下建立整体有限元模型进行强度分析。对比结果,验证有限元分析结果是有效的。为自升式平台升降系统的设计和研发提供了参考依据

Abstract:The pinion and rack on jack-up platform is applied with high load, and the force situation between them is complicated. A strain measurement of the pinion and rack was taken in a jack-up test frame, and a FEM model of the whole frame was built in ANSYS. By comparing the results, the accuracy of FEM analysis was verified. Significant reference for the design and development of jack-up system was provided.
