出租车跨区经营方案研究——以成都中心城区、郫县为例

为了促进城乡交通一体化发展,对城郊出租车跨区经营进行了研究。作者从郊区(县)融入中心城区,城乡交通一体化,郊区(县)客运结构合理化,郊区(县)客运市场规范化四个方面分析了实行出租车跨区经营的必然性和意义。在对我国出租车跨区经营的实践进行总结的基础上,分析了实行出租车跨区经营需解决的问题,并提出了实行出租车跨区经营分三个阶段的具体方案。

Study on Taxi Cross-regional Operation Scheme--- Taking Chengdu City Center and Pixian as an Example

For promoting the development of urban and rural traffic integrating, taxi cross-regional operation between urban and suburb was discussed. The necessity and significance of taxi cross-regional operation was analyzed from four aspects, including suburbs （counties） going to be a part of the city centre, integration of urban and rural traffic, suburbs （counties） passenger structure being reasonable and suburbs （counties） passenger market.being standardization. The practices of taxi cross-operation in our country were summarized. And the existed problems, which should be resolved, of taxi cross-regional operation was discussed. A scheme for taxi cross-regional operation in three stages was discussed and put forward.
