道路标线涂料选择方法研究

摘    要:随着交通运输业的发展,我国每年新修和维修道路用的标线涂料需求量巨大。目前道路上常用的标线涂料功能、成本各不相同,因此需要研究建立一种能判断标线涂料的功能与成本的择优方法,让使用者合理选择适合自己要求的标线涂料产品。本研究首先建立基于价值工程法的道路标线选择方法模型,并选择最常用的这四种标线涂料作为价值工程对象,进行功能分析,确定功能重要度系数。在成本分析的基础上,计算成本系数,最终得到价值系数。根据价值系数选择合适的标线涂料。

Abstract:Road marking paint is hugely needed in new road construction or rebuilding of China. There are four main road marking paints in the market. They are different in function and cost each other. So, it is necessary to set up a method to judge the function and the cost between the different a suitable paint with the up to analyze the value of as the objects of VE. The road marking paints. Then, the road marking paint user can select method. A method based on the value engineering (VE) was set amarking paint. Four representative marking paints were selected functional analysis was carried out to get the coefficients of functional importance of the road marking paints. The coefficient of cost could also be got after the cost analysis. At last, the value coefficient could be calculated to get a reference for the users.
