成都市占道停车收费价格分析

摘    要:占道停车收费价格是调节路内外泊位供给结构,优化资源配置,提高资源使用效率的重要手段之一。本文对成都市占道停车收费价格进行了深入的分析研究,并指出现行收费价格存在着差别化程度较小和收费价格偏低两大问题。最后通过建立收费价格与机动车保有量、人均可支配收入之间的回归函数模型,得出与成都市城市发展水平相适应的收费价格。

Abstract:Curb parking pricing is one of the important way to regulate the parking berth supply structure, optimize resource allocation and improve efficiency. This paper deeply studied the curb parking price in Chengdu, and pointed out the existed problems in Chengdu including smaller price difference and lower prices. Then, a regression model of the price, vehicle population and per capita disposable income was established, and the parking price suitable to the city development was got.
