| 摘 要： | 地铁具有相对封闭、人员密集、疏散困难等特点,使其容易受到恐怖袭击,导致严重后果。在当前严峻的国际反恐局势下,我国地铁的运营安全应从加强基础设施建设、完善应急预案、强化员工应急处置技能及提高公众安全意识等方面得以实现。

| Abstract: | With characteristics of relative enclosure,concentrated passenger flow and difficult evacuation,subway is easily attacked by terrorists and thus leads to fatal aftermath.Currently,the global situation of counterterrorism is more and more serious.In order to ensure the rail transit security in China,something must be done to strengthen the infrastructure of subway,formulate perfect contingency measures,enhance the emergency response skill of employees,and improve the public security awareness. |
